This project has a total of 20 pcs and was set up in 2 rows of machines facing each other. The machine body and equipment are completely housed in a separate machine room. The front part and control cabinet are located in the operation room with the product to ensure food safety and hygiene.

The FD24 has a freezing unit integrated with the machine, so it can freeze directly. However, we always recommend customers to pre-freeze. Pre-freezing can reduce drying time by up to 10 hours compared to direct freezing.

Haitan’s freeze dryer products use 100% new equipment. The time for a batch of freeze drying is usually long. The value of freeze drying products is also very high. Therefore, if you buy a used or second-hand freeze dryer, the risk of damage during the drying process is very high. For this customer’s product, if only 3-4 batches are damaged, the loss is equivalent to the investment value of a machine.

Many customers will wonder why not invest in one big machine instead of investing in many small batches of machines? It depends on the production situation of each unit. If the unit produces many types of products, each type in small quantities, then it’s better to buy many small machines. But if they produce few product codes or large quantities of each code, then investing in a large machine is the way to go.

By 2021, Haitan has the capacity to produce drying machines up to 500kg per batch. We are also upgrading our capacity to be able to produce machines with larger capacities like imported ones.

Installation process

All machines and equipment, accessories are all completed by Haitan at the workshop and gathered at the construction site at the same time. This batch is delivered by Haitan in 2 phases according to the progress of the investor’s infrastructure completion.

The actual installation process only takes place within 3 days for each delivery. However, at the time of installing this project, Ho Chi Minh City is experiencing a serious outbreak, so the travel process takes up a lot of time.

One feature that Haitan really appreciates in this project is that the investor has invested thoroughly in safety factors. Haitan had to install each barrier accessory for parts that could be dangerous to humans and equipment. The machine room is also placed separately to reduce noise and ensure hygiene.

Although facing many difficulties in manufacturing and installation. However, Haitan always maintains a spirit of full support for customers. Haitan finds the best and most effective solutions to solve all issues.

Acceptance process

The acceptance drying process of the freeze dryer went very smoothly. The product after drying achieved good dryness as well as quality that had been committed beforehand.

Besides testing each machine, Haitan also supports customers in establishing work procedures at the workshop to optimize machine operation and efficiency.

Despite facing many difficulties due to the pandemic, with effort and support from the investor, Haitan has successfully completed the contract volume on time.
